International shipping charges shown in the table are based on rates inconjunction with the shipping standards. The shipping charges are made up to the first half kilogram and a charge applies for every half kilogram thereafter. We will always ensure our customers get the best deal in shipping. We aim to achieve low shipping charges everytime for our individual customers and spree organizers by consolidating all orders and shipped them at the soonest Example:The chargeable weight for your order is 2.3Kg Chargeable weight: 0.5kg + every additional 0.5kg Shipping charge: US$15 + (4 x US$5) = US$35This is a one-time flat rate fee charged by us upon placing your order. Handling fee will be charged for every order you placed either from Spree shopping or Concierge shopping. This charge is 5% of total order cost and it is applicable for selected merchants only. This charge will be shown at the payment page before you submit your order to us and make your order payment. **Singapore customs tax (GST) It is chargeable when any one item price including shipping costs are more than SG$400. Any orders which subject to GST will be notified before we proceed with the orders. If customers decide to cancel order when charged with GST, we will do a full refund. Fuel surcharge vary with current fuel prices in the market. It will be charge based on 14% of the international shipping. This charge will be included in the shipping advice when your order arrives at our facility in Singapore. We are providing this service for our members who wish to store their items at our warehouse while they wait for more packages to arrive. We provide 15 days of free storage. We will start charging when your free storage ends. We charge US$1 per package per day. This is our in-house courier service based in Singapore which provides delivery right to your doorstep. Once shipping payment have been verified by us, our courier will contact you for the delivery. This service is free only within Singapore. This is a charge applicable for delivery in other countries except Singapore. This fee is also applicable for delivery to freight forwarder based in Singapore. It is charged at US$10 flat rate. For delivery in Singapore, repacking fee charge is not applicable. For delivery not within Singapore, orders will be repacked. Packaging method ranging from bubble-wrapped envelope to carton box depending on the size of the items. The cost may vary from US$2 to US$4 depending on the size. When repacking your orders, we will ensure to avoid unnecessary space and weight. Postal service is only applicable for other countries except Singapore. There are 3 services provided by Singpost that we have recommended. They are registered standard mail, Speedpost worldwide courier (EMS) and Speedpost air parcel. You may choose either one of these services that suits your needs. The rates are in Singapore currency and exclude the cost of packaging. For shoppers using other countries issued credit card, there will be a charge of 3.9% + SG$0.50. This charges applies to the order payment upon placing your order with us and the shipping payment when your order arrives at our facility in Singapore. I-banking / ATM payment(Applies to banks in Singapore only) For shoppers using I-banking or ATM to make their payment, there will be no charge. This mode of payment is only applicable for banks located in Singapore only. For the payment verification, it will take 1 day for POSB/DBS and it will take about 3 to 4 working days for other banks.
