How do I start shopping?
Select a merchant that you wish to shop in under '
Spree' or '
Concierge'. Select the items that wish to purchase from the merchant's website and enter the details in ComSpree's order information. Once done, you may checkout; indicate shipping and billing address and make payment for your order.

Do I pay in U.S dollar?
All payments to ComSpree is in Singapore dollars. Do take note that the prices stated on the merchant websites are in U.S currency.
What is the exchange rate used?
Exchange rate is based on the bank's prevailing rates.
What happens if the exchange rate goes lower than the exchange rate used?
As exchange rates differ from time to time, we will use the bank's prevailing rates at any time i.e. during the time when the order is placed and shipping cost is calculated.

What is spree shopping and its benefits?
ComSpree features selected merchants for
spree shopping to enjoy a limited period offer. The main purpose of spree shopping is to enable shoppers to enjoy the merchant-related promotion based on accumulated orders from shoppers. As such, our spree shoppers will share the US Domestic Shipping (if applicable) among shoppers who participate in the spree. Also, international shipping is lower with accumulated orders from more shoppers.
What is concierge shopping and its benefits?
For merchants that are not featured in spree shopping, they will be available under
concierge shopping. This is an exclusive service which you may shop at any time, enjoying current promotions at standard shipping rates. All concierge orders are placed as soon as the order payment is received. Unlike spree shopping, full US Domestic Shipping, if applicable, will apply.

How does spree shopping work?
Spree shopping orders are accumulated and consolidated with other spree shoppers to enjoy the merchant promotion. These orders may be split into batches so as to maximise the merchant-related promotion and enjoy more savings on shipping. In that way, shoppers who join our spree shopping will enjoy the best deal with lower shipping charges as they share these charges with other spree shoppers in the same batch.
How long does the spree run?
The spree will continue for as long as the merchant-related promotion is ongoing. However, ComSpree reserves the right to stop the spree earlier than expected.
What is a spree list?
The spree list in our spree shopping page displays shoppers' participation for active ongoing sprees. It serves as a guide for shoppers to view the recent ordered items and the amount available to complete the order.
When do you close a spree batch?
Spree batch is closed as soon as accumulated orders meet the minimum amount to enjoy the merchant-related promotion or the maximum pre-determined amount set by ComSpree, whichever is earlier. The pre-determined amount is available from the spree list in the spree page.
I saw that the available balance for the spree is "zero", can I still join the spree?
Yes, you can. ComSpree will continue to accept new orders for as long as the current merchant promotion is ongoing.
How long would it take for a batch to close?
It varies from sprees to sprees. On average, it takes about 2~3 days to close the batch. You can expedite this process by spreading the word about the promotion and encouraging your friends to join the spree via email or FaceBook. You can do so by clicking 'Share' or 'Tell my friends' at the bottom of the merchant on the spree.
When will the orders be placed?
Orders are placed as soon as the amount of orders satisfy in the spree list.

I wish to purchase items from a merchant not featured by ComSpree. How do I go about it?
You may submit the spree site of your choice in
Suggest A Site here. However, ComSpree's management will need to review the site and will be subjected to approval.
How do I know if my orders have been submitted?
You will receive an automated email from us after you have completed the order. If you do not receive the email on your orders, you can contact our
customer service. At the same time, you may view your order status at ‘
My Account’
Can I place an order from multiple merchants in one transaction?
Yes, you can. You may place your orders from multiple merchants in one transaction. Each transaction will be grouped according to its category i.e. spree shopping or category shopping. In other words, you may place orders from multiple merchants from the same category.
I have accidentally entered orders from a spree merchant under concierge shopping. Will my orders from the spree merchant be able to enjoy lower charges like the spree shoppers?
Yes. Our system will able to detect that all orders placed for merchants on spree will be placed under spree shopping, no matter where the information is entered. As such, your orders will be considered as a spree transaction and consolidated with existing spree orders, if the orders are from merchant on spree. Otherwise, they will be placed under concierge shopping.
Can I cancel my order and have my refund?
Once we have verified and received your order payment, we are unable to meet to your request for order cancellation. There will be no refund if you proceed with the cancellation. If you have not made the payment, you may click on 'Cancel Order' under your Account Information > View Transactions.
What happens if my item is out of stock?
If only one of your items is out of stock while the rest are available, we will proceed with your orders unless you specify clearly in the ‘Other Useful Information’ when you place the order with ComSpree.
Will you refund if any or all of the items are out-of-stock?
If all your items are out-of-stock, we will proceed and seek your advise for refund. However, if only some of your items are out-of-stock, we will not refund until the shipping invoice has been issued. Instead, we will use the excess to offset your shipping charges. Any excess thereafter will be refunded to you.
Should I enter the price before discount when making my order?
You should enter the price as shown in the merchant website. Any promotional discount will be reflected in the final email for the shipping charges which you will receive from us once your orders arrive at ComSpree's facility.
I have placed an order with a merchant which is currently running some promotion. However, a better promotion came along thereafter. Will I be able to enjoy the offer?
At ComSpree, you will enjoy the best deals, everytime. Regardless of the time that you placed the order, you will enjoy the best running promotion available. This rule stands for as long as ComSpree has not placed your orders with the merchant.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
It will take about 2~3 weeks after we confirmed your payment of your order, subjected to airfreight delivery and merchant back order if any. ComSpree takes only 1-2 days to deliver your order when the items reach our facility in Singapore

What types of payment do I have to make?
There are 2 payments to be made i.e.
- Order Payment - when an order purchase is made
- Shipping Payment - when the order purchase has arrived

What mode of payment do you accept?
We accept 2 modes of payment i.e. funds transfer via Internet-banking/ATM transfer and credit card via PayPal.
How do I know if you have received my payment?
Once we have verified your payment and placed the order with the merchant, you will receive an email notification. Please note that credit card payments will be verified within 24 hours. I-banking transfers will take up 1 day to a maximum of 3 business days to be verified for cross-bank fund transfers. You may check the status of your payment under

What do you mean by free U.S shipping?
U.S shipping means domestic shipping within U.S territory. If the promotion applies, you will not be charged for domestic US Shipping.
I've read that there is a calculation table for estimated shipping, but I could not find it.
The estimated shipping charges table is located under
Spree and
Concierge shopping. You have to be registered with ComSpree to make use of the information.
The estimated shipping charges stated in our website serves as a guide for all our customers to have an expectation on how much their shipping charges may cost them. These estimated charges are categorized into item types and derived based on the average shipping cost from our customers. The information is subjected to change without prior notice.
How is the actual shipping charges derived?
There are many variables contributing to the shipping charges including the number of spree shoppers joining the spree (applicable for spree shopping), weight and size of the purchase items and the way the items are being packed by the merchant.
