By accepting the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions during registration, you willingly consent to our use and disclosure of your personal information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy. If you wish to disagree on your personal information being used as described in this Privacy Policy, kindly do not register for ComSpree service.

Amendment of Privacy Policy
We may need to revise this policy from time to time as new features are added to our services or as we integrate suggestions from customers. We will not notify you by any means if there are any changes in the Privacy Policy. We will post the amended Privacy Policy clearly on our website so that you will be fully aware on our use of your information before you use our service at any time.


The information we receive
  1. To join the spree, you first need to register as a member. You must provide your name, delivery address, contact number and email address. Any personal details you submit is used for processing your orders.
  2. When you use ComSpree services, we will ask you to provide information related to each transaction, including a detailed description of the purchase and the amount of transaction. We retain this information for each of your transaction for the purpose of placing orders and consolidating with other batches.
  3. Comspree will nto store or keep any information on customer's bank account details provided to Comspree for the purpose of refund by I-banking. For security reasons, Comspree will request for bank account details each time a refund is required, and remove or delete the information once after the transfer is successful.

Your rights
  1. You can update your personal information at any time. You may let us know of the changes by email to customerservice@comspree. However, this action will not be compulsory.
  2. If you wish to close your account with ComSpree, you can request us to remove your personal information from our database. Any amount yet to be refunded will be fully refunded to the account of your choice. After closure of account and if there is balance amount yet to be refunded and we had not receive any request of claims after 4 weeks, we will forfeit the amount.
