Comspree offers these services based on terms & conditions set out below. By signing up for these services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
Registration
- The customer must ensure all personal information is accurate and genuine. This is to better serve you in terms of orders and deliveries. Comspree reserves the right to terminate membership if information provided are suspected to be inaccurate.
- The customer is allowed to edit their particulars at any time.
- Persons under the age of 18 must have the consent of adults before registering as a member
Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
- Comspree makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this site or the information, content, materials or products included on this site.
- Comspree will not accept any faulty or damaged products from the customer to be returned to merchant. The customer is advised to arrange any exchange direct with the merchant. The customer may request for the supporting information based on discretion of Comspree.
Your account information
- Comspree do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without the customers’ explicit consent.
- Comspree will only use the customers’ information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Payment Policies
- Comspree will not proceed with any orders unless payments for the orders are completed.
- Comspree may charge handling fee for every order placed by customer.
- The shipping charges will be advised by email when customer’s orders arrived at our facility. Comspree reserves the right to hold the customer’s orders until total shipping charges have been fully paid.
- Comspree will forfeit the orders and payments if shipping charges are not fully paid within four weeks of email notification. Membership for such customer may be terminated based on Comspree’s discretion.
- Shipping charges may vary due to the fluctuating global fuel prices. Comspree reserves the right to amend the shipping charges at anytime based on Comspree’s discretion.
Our Policies
- Comspree will receive products ordered by customer in good faith
- Comspree will not accept any product delivered on a cash on delivery
- Comspree will not receive delivery or provide the services in respect of parcels or packages for anyone other than customer
- Comspree reserves the right not to accept goods if the goods are obviously damage and will not sent to customer. As such, customers’ payment will be refunded and will be notified by email.
- Comspree reserves the right not to accept order cancellations and refunds if the following occur :
- If customer cancelled their orders after order had been confirmed by Comspree.
- Delay caused by merchants or shipping.
- Comspree reserves the right to modify, change or amend these terms at any time. The customer is advised to review the terms periodically.
- Members are allowed to use the sprees launched by Comspree to create their own personal sprees under the following conditions:
- All orders have to go through Comspree.
- Comspree will not be liable for any inaccuracy of spree information. Amendments or new updates may be done at any time according to Comspree’s discretion.
- Comspree will provide delivery only to one member who made the orders.
- If members are found to breach the above mentioned conditions, permanent membership termination will be enforced.
Order for Storage Policies
- If members choose to accumulate orders which require Comspree facility to store their orders, the first 15 days is free. Subsequent days will be chargeable.
- The 15 days of free storage will begin when the first order arrives at Comspree warehouse in Singapore.
- Comspree will be responsible on the condition of the items during the duration of the storage.
- Comspree reserves the right to reject storage of any item based on sole discretion that the item is not fit for long duration of storage.
- Members are required to notify Comspree customer service by email any orders that require the storage facility.
Membership termination
- To terminate membership, customer is required to submit a request by email to customerservice@comspree.com
- Comspree may terminate the customer membership for the services if these terms are breached.
- Comspree will not impose penalty for re-registration of membership.
